For your convenience, you may participate in our bi-weekly produce shop. Every other Friday you will receive fresh ingredients like those pictured above.
All clients must register for a class prior to attending. As space is limited, clients are encouraged to book their classes in advance. If you are a new client, you may complete the waiver above prior to visiting and bring it with you when you come into the studio. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first class.
Reservations for all classes must be canceled no later than two hours before your scheduled class. If you do not cancel in advance, you will lose your class credit. Remember, before you can put yourself on the schedule, you have to purchase a class(es) (or have a credit(s) in your account). If you don't get a bike, the series will be returned to your account for later use.
The number of participants on the floor is kept low so that our attention and focus can be high on you. Be sure to eat at least 60 to 90 minutes before class.
How does the wait-list work?
We know the feeling...the class you want is FULL. But have no fear, our wait-list works! As bikes open up, we assign them to clients in order on the wait-list. We continue to automatically add riders from the wait-list to classes up until class time. When you are automatically added, you will receive an email confirmation stating that you have been placed in that class.
Please Note: If a space becomes available on the day of the class, it is a first-come, first-served policy. Also, if we have walk-ins on the day of the class, they will get priority. So it makes sense to SHOW UP to all classes you want to take. There are almost always last minute no-shows and empty bikes. The wait-list works the same as a regular class reservation. If you are scheduled for one class and then receive a bike from the wait-list for another class, you will be charged for both reservations.
On every other Friday we will have a produce shop, beginning on Thursday February 18, 2016 and continuing every other week thereafter. We pick the freshest ingredients for you and will have them ready for you to pick up. To participate you may sign-up in Studio. For the food co-op we will accept cash only.
There will be two shares available to choose from. The picture above shows a full share. Money is due on the Thursday of the week that you participate in. Shopping will occur on that Friday and your produce will be available for pick-up in studio on that day.
